This is an example of a centralized temple in the classical style with unique decorative facade detailing. The composition is based on a square structure that supports a light rotunda with five domes. To the east and west, the square is framed by a semicircular apse and a narthex, while to the south and north, there are rectangular chapels. The lower tier of the church has a two-light structure: the lower windows are rectangular, while the upper ones are square and round. The facades of the chapels are distinguished by four-column porticos with triangular pediments. The columns stand on attic bases and are topped with capitals featuring massive abacuses. Below the first-light windows are friezes with niches, and the second-light windows are framed with square frames made of cylindrical overlays. The apse and narthex are separated by high arched niches for the lower openings and square niches for the upper windows. The entrance to the narthex, closed by a wooden tambour in the early 20th century, has retained an iron door. The entrance is framed by pairs of columns with a miniature triangular pediment. The wall of the rotunda is divided by wide pilasters and rectangular windows, while triangular niches are placed under the cornice.

The main space of the church is covered by a dome vault. The walls of the rotunda rest on the square structure through sails. Wide arched openings connect the church with the apse, narthex, and two chapels. The apse and narthex are covered with conchs, but the vaults of the chapels have collapsed.

Fragments of oil paintings have survived from the interior. The dome depicts the Holy Spirit with a halo, and between the windows of the rotunda, the apostles are shown in full height. At the base of the rotunda is a grisaille frieze with rosettes. The ends of the pilasters have remnants of fluted pilasters. Between the windows of the chapels, columns are depicted. The iconostasis in the classical style has not survived.
