The brick church, built in the Russian-Byzantine style, was erected in the early 20th century on the site of a wooden structure from 1784. This single-apsidal building with a square base, adorned with decorative five domes, is connected to the bell tower through a small refectory. In the late 1930s, the church was closed, and later its domes were destroyed. Restoration work has been ongoing since the 1990s.
