The page dedicated to the monastery cathedral of the Descent of the Holy Spirit from the mid-17th century, which was cold and had a single altar, presents information about the two-story Sign Church of the same monastery, built in the late 1860s. On the upper floor of this church, there was one altar dedicated to the Sign of the Mother of God, and every year on November 27, a church holiday was celebrated in honor of this icon. On the lower floor, there were three altars: on the northern side, in honor of the Rostov miracle workers, Saints Dimitri and Jacob; on the southern side, in honor of Saint Blessed Prince Joasaph of Kamensk; and the middle altar was dedicated to the Venerable Galaktion, the Vologda miracle worker. In the Church of the Sign of the Most Holy Theotokos, on the left side under the arch, rested the relics of the Venerable Galaktion, the founder of the monastery, while on the right side, the relics of Saint Blessed Prince Joasaph of Kamensk.

Currently, the relics of Saint Prince Joasaph of Kamensk are kept in a small reliquary in the upper church of the Mother of God Cathedral in Vologda.
