Lugovoe, also known as Pogorelka, is a village in the Sergachsky District, where the architectural and urban planning monument, the Sign Church, is located. The church has two altars: the main, cold one, dedicated to the Sign of the Mother of God, and the warm one, located below, in honor of St. Sergius of Radonezh, which was closed in 1875. The church dates back to 1838 and is protected by the state according to document No. 22.
