Fedotovo, a village in the Pervomaisky District, now has the status of a wasteland, as it no longer exists. It belonged to Pyotr Ivanovich Priklonsky, the brother of Nikolai Ivanovich Priklonsky, the leader of the nobility of the Sergachsky District.
According to the 'Address Calendar of the Nizhny Novgorod Diocese' for 1904, a stone church was built in Fedotovo in 1797. It had altars: the main, cold one in honor of the Sign of the Mother of God, as well as warm chapels, the right one for the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos and the left one for Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker. The church had two bell towers, of which only one has survived to this day.
Also, remnants of the park and fruit orchards have survived to our time, as well as another stone church built in Fedotovo in honor of All Saints.
