The stone church in the village is dedicated to the Life-Giving Spring of the Most Holy Theotokos and was built in 1867 by the efforts of the parishioners to replace the wooden Nikolaevskaya church. It has one altar, and the bell tower is also made of stone. Church documents have been preserved in full order: there are copies of the metric books and confession lists starting from 1802, and an inventory of church property was compiled in 1865. The church land includes half a desyatina of homestead land, 2025 square fathoms of haymaking land, and 32 desyatinas of arable land; there are also a plan and boundary book. There is no regular clergy assigned to the church; it is attached to Barskoye and Spasskoye Gorodishche. The income from the land and for sacramental services amounts to up to 225 rubles per year. The village of Yakimanskoye has 39 households, 134 men, and 164 women.
