The village of Bolshie Pechorki is located in the Shatkovsky district and is known for its architectural and urban planning monument, the Sorrowful Church, dated 1769. The church has altars: the main one, cold, of the Icon of the Mother of God 'Joy of All Who Sorrow', as well as chapels dedicated to Archangel Michael and Prophet Elijah.
