The Church of the Icon of the Mother of God "Joy of All Who Sorrow" in Blagoveshchensk is an Orthodox church belonging to the Russian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate. It is the only church in the city that was not destroyed after the October Revolution.

The five-domed church, dedicated to the icon "Joy of All Who Sorrow," was laid in 1904 and consecrated on October 24, 1907. Initially, it was a chapel for the diocesan women's school. The church had a separate entrance with a porch that mirrored the school's porch, and a small bell tower. The funds for construction were provided by patrons, gold miner Vasily Andreevich Levashov and his wife Olga Martynovna, who also donated icons and liturgical items to the church. Olga Levashova was buried in a crypt beneath the church floor, which was desecrated by sailors during the Gamov uprising in 1918. After the revolution, the school building housed a naval base, a department of public education, and pedagogical courses.

In 2011, the church was returned to the faithful and became active in December. From June 2012 to November 2013, restoration work was carried out alongside services. During the restoration, the church was returned to its original appearance, the bell tower was restored, and a gravestone with Olga Levashova's name was placed at her burial site. On November 4, 2013, Bishop Lukian of Blagoveshchensk and Tynda consecrated the revived church.
