The church dedicated to the icon of the Mother of God 'All-Merciful' is located in the industrial zone of the Moscow district of Kazan, in the village of Levchenko. This area was built during the Soviet years, so there was initially no Orthodox church here. The idea of building the church belonged to the first rector, Archpriest Feodor Sitkin, and was supported by local residents, including the Saleev family, which initiated the gradual construction of the church.

In the first two years, the Orthodox community held services in a former dining hall and in the basement of residential building No. 17 on Rakhimova Street, with the blessing of Archbishop Anastasius. In 2009, construction of the church began on the adjacent territories of buildings No. 15 and No. 17 on Rakhimova Street. Initially, it was planned to build a brick church, but due to the proximity of the railway, which created vibrations, it was decided to construct the church from wooden beams.

The church was built in record time, just three months, entirely funded by parishioners and residents of the village. The family of Archpriest Feodor Sitkin also contributed to the financing of the construction. On August 30, 2009, on the day of the celebration of the Pechersk Icon of the Mother of God, Archbishop Anastasius solemnly consecrated the church in honor of the icon of the Mother of God 'All-Merciful'.

Three years later, with the blessing of Metropolitan Anastasius, an altar in honor of St. Maximus the Greek was opened in the church. Significant assistance in this was provided by the family of local parishioners of Greek descent, Temuriy and Nadezhda Politov, as well as their son Nikos. Services in the church are held on Sundays and on festive days.
