The second church of the Archangel Skete of the Diveyevo Monastery, dedicated to the icon of the Mother of God 'Bread Giver', was built in 1810 and originally consecrated in honor of the Protection of the Most Holy Theotokos. Unlike the Archangel Church, the Mother of God Church was almost completely in ruins by the time the lands were transferred to the Diveyevo Monastery. During the Soviet era, a club was located within its walls. The complete restoration and re-consecration of the church took place on January 1, 2005, and it is now dedicated to the icon of the Mother of God 'Bread Giver.'
