The church dedicated to the icon of the Mother of God "Blessed Heaven" is located in Ivanovo, in the Pustosh Bor area, near the military transport aviation regiment and not far from the "Severny" airport.

Construction of the church took place from 2005 to 2006 based on the design by architect V.M. Shakmatov. It was consecrated in the same year in honor of the icon of the Mother of God "Blessed Heaven". The wooden church is built in the tent style and features a tall bell tower. A low metal fence surrounds the church.
