The church, dedicated to St. George the Victorious and Empress Alexandra, was built in 1909 and consecrated in honor of these saints. Notably, there are no similar churches in the Yaroslavl region or neighboring areas. However, at the end of the last century, this building was sold to a private individual. A local entrepreneur decided to transform the sanctuary in his own way: the church has now been extended to resemble a 'medieval' castle and will be used as a mansion.
