The village of Fedorovskoye in Podvyazye, like the territory of the village of Sereda, was the estate of the Yaroslavl princes Troekurovs and belonged to the landowner village of Fedorovskoye. On the steep bank of the Kasti River stood the princely manor and the Church of St. Theodore Stratilates. After the exile of Prince Troekurov to Kazan in 1565, these lands were transferred to the oprichniki during the Time of Troubles. The Church of St. Theodore Stratilates lost its significance as the center of the village and became a burial site. The prince's manor fell into ruin, and the name "Fedorovskoye village with villages" was transferred to the southern lands on the right bank of the river, where the village of Sereda later emerged.

In 1808, a stone church was built on the site of the old wooden church in honor of St. Great Martyr Theodore Stratilates, with chapels dedicated to the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God and St. Nicholas the Wonderworker. The architecture and decor of the church resemble the Smolensk church in Sereda. The church has five domes, with a bell tower integrated into the overall structure. There is one entrance to the church, through the western annex. The walls are adorned with pilasters and niches, and the windows are framed with moldings. On the western annex at the entrance, there are segmental niches with images of Theodore Stratilates and Nicholas the Wonderworker, and above the door, a semicircular niche with an image of the Lord. The main color of the painting is blue-green. The brick cornice is decorated with small bread-like ornaments, and the interior retains stoves.

Baroque moldings on the windows of the northern facade stand out particularly. Inside the summer church, there are preserved paintings from the early 19th century depicting Gospel scenes in ornate frames and saints in medallions. The classical iconostasis with icons from the 18th-19th centuries has survived.

To the northwest of the church are three-arch gates of the ruined fence with paired Tuscan columns and a decorative pediment. The side arches are flanked by wooden column-like posts, and the gates are adorned with wrought-iron grilles.

The fence is made of cast iron grating and brick pillars, which are arranged in the form of towers at the corners. In the western part of the fence, there are three-part gates with wrought-iron doors and gates, above which are vases with spires.

Next to the church fence, which has not survived, there was a small stone chapel built in 1832.

The village had a church-parish school and a guardianship. The church house, which housed the school and apartments for students and the church caretaker, has survived to this day.

Not far from the village was a charitable institution and an orphanage named after the St. Petersburg merchant Rodion Grobov, maintained with his bequeathed funds.
