Since 1996, the parish of the church was located in a military unit club near the current site. However, in 2005, the military unit was disbanded, and a converted railway carriage was temporarily provided for services. It was planned to allocate a plot of land for the construction of a church in honor of the "Sovereign" Icon of the Mother of God, but unfortunately, the situation has remained unchanged since then.
