The Church of the Epiphany, also known as the Epiphany Church, is a summer temple in the Leather Sloboda of Suzdal, located on the right bank of the Kamenka River. This stone temple, preserved to this day, was built in 1781. Together with the winter Church of the Nativity of John the Baptist, erected in 1739, it forms an architectural ensemble.

The churches are located in the ancient sloboda of Suzdal leatherworkers, which was situated on both sides of the Kamenka River. In the 17th century, two wooden churches stood on the site of the current ensemble.

The Epiphany Church was built in 1781 next to the winter Church of the Nativity of John the Baptist, which appeared in the first half of the 18th century. It combines elements of architecture from the late 17th and 18th centuries. The main volume of the temple is cube-shaped and decorated with paired rustication at the corners. These same decorative elements are used in the finishing of the altar part and the porch, which are attached to the main volume. The rustication replaced the corner half-columns of the 17th century, however, the window frames are made in an older style, framed by half-columns and adorned above with keel-shaped kokoshniks.

The Epiphany Church resembles another Suzdal church from the 18th century, the Church of the Sign on Mzhara, although some innovations are applied in its decor. Instead of the kokoshnik belt of the Sign Church, a simple cornice is used here, as well as an eight-pitched roof with bunches. The building is topped with a two-tiered drum with an onion-shaped dome.
