The church was built in 1812 through the efforts of the parishioners. The building is made of stone, with a bell tower and fence of the same material. The church has three altars: the main one, in the cold part, is dedicated to the Epiphany of the Lord; in the warm chapel on the right, to the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos; on the left, to Saint Philip, Metropolitan of Moscow and all Russia, the miracle worker. The land area is 37 desyatins and 960 square fathoms. A church house is provided for the priest. The church has a capital of 450 rubles in interest-bearing securities. The parishioners are residents of the village of Dermenino and nearby villages: 684 men and 754 women. There is a zemstvo school in the village. According to the staff schedule, the clergy should consist of a priest and a psalmist, with a salary from the treasury of 392 rubles. The capital of the parish amounts to 1252 rubles in interest-bearing securities.

The church was consecrated in 1814. Since 1934, after reconstruction, the building has been used as a school.
