The church dedicated to the Theophany of the Lord is part of the Holy Theophany Monastery of the Ababkovsky Nikolayevsky Georgievsky Women's Monastery. The building of this church was reconstructed from a parish house that was located next to the church, which was destroyed after the revolution. Services in the church began in 2008.

On August 25, 2010, a cross was consecrated on the dome of the church in the village of Davydovo, Pavlovsky District. The moleben for this occasion was conducted by the archpriest Alexander Dolbunov, the dean of the Pavlovsky district, and the senior priest of the Ababkovsky Monastery, archpriest Alexander Krushev. The assistant to the dean of the Pavlovsky district, Andrey Zhunusov, reported that the next step in the restoration work will be the gilding of the domes and the installation of the iconostasis. In the future, it is planned to build a separate bell tower.
