The warm church of the Bogolyubskaya Icon of the Mother of God is part of the Obolensky estate in Zherekhovo. The western part of the church, including the refectory, was essentially dismantled for bricks during the Soviet era. For a long time, the estate complex has housed a psycho-neurological boarding school. The main building has been adapted into a utility shed with an awkward wooden awning covered with roofing felt. Therefore, it is difficult to immediately recognize this building as a former church from a distance.
