The stone church with one dome was built by parishioners in 1808. It has three altars: of the Bogolubskaya and Korsunskaya Holy Mother of God, as well as Saint Nicholas. Before this, there was a wooden church on this site, destroyed at the end of the 18th century.
Among the particularly revered icons in the church is the icon of the Bogolubskaya Holy Mother of God. An annual procession is held on July 15, established in memory of the cessation of livestock deaths. The church owns 36 desyatins of land, and the parish includes only the village of Filimonovo.
