Фото 1
The Annunciation Church, located in the village of Selishchi-Mysy, now known as the city of Volodarsk, was built in 1816 thanks to the efforts of the Turchaninov family. At the end of the last century, the parish of this church included residents from the villages of Golyshevo, Zharovitovo, Krasnaya Gorka, Lastanovo, Leonovka, Loktevo, Okhlopkovo, Peredelnovo, Reshetikha, and Novinki, as well as before the construction of the Nikolskaya Church in 1900, residents of Seymy, Chernukhi, and Shchelkhanovo. The church had two altars: one in honor of the Annunciation and the other in honor of Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker. The parish maintained four schools: two in Mysy, one in Reshetikha, and one in Krasnaya Gorka. At the Gorbatovka station, among the sacred centuries-old pines in the estate of the Turchaninov family, there once stood a two-story house church built in 1899. It had two consecrated altars: in honor of the Great Martyr Panteleimon and in the name of the Holy Spirit and all saints.
