The stone church with the same bell tower is notable for its durability. It and the cemetery are surrounded by a wooden fence. The church has three altars: one in the cold part, dedicated to the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and two in the warm part, in the name of Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker and Saint Dmitry of Rostov. The temple was built in 1704 by landowner Alexander Iosifovich Kozhin. In two villages, there are wooden chapels; one of them was erected in the village of Grodenskoe on the site of an old wooden church.

The church land comprises 36 desyatins, and the only church house houses a school. The church capital amounts to 760 rubles and 22 kopecks. There is also a zemstvo school in the village, located in the church house. According to the statute, the clergy should consist of a priest and a psalmist, and the parish capital is 200 rubles.
