To the right of the highway, on an elevation, stands the elegant Annunciation Church of the village of Sandyrevo, reminiscent of the gate churches of the Rostov Kremlin. Built in 1806, its composition is similar to the church in Davydovo.

However, there are significant differences. The pillarless square of the summer church is noticeably elongated upwards, allowing it to be three-light. The lower part is decorated with a triangular pediment and rusticated pilasters, above which are half-columns at the corners and between the windows, and even higher, a two-tiered multi-profile cornice. The vaults preserve remnants of tempera painting depicting apostles in medallions.

Unlike the Davydovo church, the Sandyrevo church has long been out of use and is heavily damaged. The bell tower, altar part, and central dome have been lost. However, even in this state, it remains an architectural dominant, 'holding' the entire surrounding landscape on the slope of the hill. The painting was restored in 1908, and the bell tower was dismantled in 1938.
