In 1995, the history of the church parish in Dalsheye Zasviyazhe began with the construction of a small panel chapel, where akathists were read daily before the State Icon of the Mother of God. People gradually began to gather around the building church, decorating the chapel with icons brought from home. They understood that here these icons would bring more benefit to the believers returning to the faith of their ancestors. The Annunciation Church was built by the community: with the blessing and prayers of Bishop Prokly, the efforts of the parish priest, the brotherhood, the builders, and, most importantly, with the help of ordinary parishioners. Some brought their old, well-prayed icons, some donated money, and some worked diligently on the construction. Most of the icons adorning the church today were donated by the faithful.

By God's providence, the church became the only monument of culture and architecture of the 20th century in the Zasviyazhsky district. One of the benefactors of the parish spoke about an abandoned log cabin of a church in honor of the Icon of the Mother of God "Znamenie" in the ancestral estate of the Karamzins in the Mainsky district. The idea arose to transfer the surviving part of the log cabin to the site of the construction of the Annunciation Church. The Department of Culture, which could not maintain the object, agreed to its use in construction. A significant role in assessing the condition of the log cabin and developing the architectural project of the Annunciation Church was played by architect Fr. Alexey Vasilyevich Kormishin, now the rector of the church in the village of Arskoye. The Annunciation Church, built according to his project, is considered one of the most beautiful in the Volga region. The construction progressed gradually, step by step.

On April 25, 1997, on Good Friday, the first service took place in the church, the procession of the Shroud. And a day later, on Easter night, the first Divine Liturgy was celebrated. There were also instances that testified to God's favor towards the parish. When they raised the main dome, a dove landed on it and stayed there until it was installed. At the moment of raising the dome, even the wind died down, which is remarkable, as this place is usually windy. Many of those present consider this a miracle. Construction and finishing works continue without interruption. The lower church is being decorated, and the iconostasis in the upper church is being painted. An auxiliary building is being constructed, which will house a library, a Sunday school for children, and an Orthodox lecture hall for adults, already functioning at the church.
