In the village of Vesi, there is a stone cemetery church. Initially, a stone mausoleum with an iron roof was built at this cemetery, constructed by the efforts of the parishioners in 1865. In 1867, having received permission from the diocesan authorities, the mausoleum was transformed into a cemetery church. The altar of the church was consecrated in honor of the holy and righteous Grand Duke Alexander Nevsky, in memory of the miraculous salvation of Emperor Alexander II from death on April 4, 1866.
