The church of the venerable Athanasius of Athos is built of stone and has three altars. The main, cold altar is dedicated to the venerable Athanasius of Athos. In the warm chapels, the altars are: on the right, in honor of Saint Great Martyr Demetrius of Thessalonica, and on the left, in honor of Saint Martyr Paraskeva. The church was erected in 1827 with funds from the parishioners. The village, founded in 1776, became the center of the parish that unites 10 settlements in the same year.
