On the estate's territory, there is a cascade of three ponds located on a stream that descends to the Tvertsa River. Architect N. A. Lvov created stone dams on the stream and the famous hundred-meter arch bridge with grottos, made in the technique of archivolt. This bridge is considered a masterpiece of architecture and has been called the 'magnificent stone symphony' by admirers of Lvov's work. Today, the bridge is widely known as 'Devil's Bridge.' This name appeared thanks to a local historian who described the estate in a tourist guide in the 1960s and mentioned the name of the island on the stream, 'Devil's Island.'
