In the summer of 2006, parishioners approached Bishop Kirill with a request to bless the commemoration of the people buried in the destroyed cemetery near the church and to establish a chapel for remembrance. The bishop granted permission for the installation of the chapel "In the Name of All Saints."

During that same summer, a log structure from the Vologda forest was brought and installed.
