The spring, named after the Vladimir Icon of the Mother of God, is located on the outskirts of the village of Yasashnaya Tashla in the Terengul district. It is situated next to a dirt road in a small overgrown ravine of the Tashilka River. From a distance, the spring is hardly noticeable; only up close can one see the dome of the chapel. An ancient staircase with a gentle descent leads to the source. Large trees, shrubs, and other greenery grow around.

The spring is equipped: a wooden log cabin from which water flows, and nearby a wooden chapel with icons. On the other side, there is a shelter with benches for resting. Above the source is the Vladimir Icon of the Mother of God. The spring itself is enclosed by a low wooden fence with a gate.

The name of the spring is connected to the appearance of the Vladimir Icon of the Mother of God, which occurred several centuries ago. Although the exact time is unknown, it is known that the icon appeared to a local shepherd while he was watering his flock. Descending to the spring, he saw the icon floating on the water. It was taken to the local church, but it disappeared and reappeared at the spring. After the icon disappeared again from the church, a chapel was built at the spring, and the icon was placed there. The chapel served parishioners for a long time but was destroyed during the revolution. The whereabouts of the icon remain unknown. Locals recount that instances of the miraculous power of the icon were recorded in church books, but they were burned along with the church in a fire in 1810.

In the early 1990s, a new wooden chapel was built with the funds of local healer Olga Fedorovna Yakovleva, which still stands today. The chapel has a caretaker, the local fool Mikhail, who looks after the order and condition of this holy place.
