The brick chapel was built in 1892 by the Rylsk merchant society in honor of the salvation of the imperial family in the railway disaster on October 17, 1888. This structure is a square with a tent-like roof. During the Soviet era, the chapel was used for trade, and in 1985 it was renovated and converted into a souvenir shop. In 1992, the building was returned to the faithful, and it now functions as a church shop.
