If pilgrims head downstream along the Vichkinza River from Mother Alexandra's spring, they will reach the holy spring dedicated to the Iver Icon of the Mother of God, which locals call the Iver Spring, after about 150 meters. This is a relatively new spring in Diveevo, located in one of the lowest points of the area, where groundwater is close to the surface. Previously, there were several small springs here, known as the 'Kirov Spring.' In the 1970s, a tractor got stuck in this lowland, and after it was removed, a depression formed that filled with water. In the late 18th century, Blessed Alexandra dug a spring here to quench the thirst of the builders of the Kazan Church. The spring was named Iver after the icon placed by it. After the Vichkinza River changed its course in the 1960s, the spring was flooded, and its name was transferred to the former 'Kirov Spring.' Later, a stone bathhouse was built over the spring.

For the Seraphim celebrations in 2003, builders from the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant renovated the bathhouse and erected a wooden chapel in honor of the Iver Icon of the Mother of God. Water is blessed here during the Feast of the Mid-Pentecost. In 2010, a cobblestone path connected the Iver Spring and Mother Alexandra's spring. Continuing downstream, a view of the tent city appears over the hill, which is set up annually to accommodate thousands of pilgrims coming for the celebrations in honor of Blessed Seraphim of Sarov, the miracle worker of all Russia. To the left is a wooden chapel in honor of Saint Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Vladimir. The Iver Icon of the Mother of God and the spring consecrated in her honor are known for many miracles.
