In the 19th century, the village of Rogoziniha was part of the parish of the Nativity of the Mother of God Church in the village of Malye Vsegodichi, which was a 3-versta walk in one direction. In the early 21st century, local resident Sergey Mikhailovich Prokhorov built a wooden chapel in the center of the village in honor of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker. Among his works, one can also note the cross at the entrance to the city of Kovrov, gazebos, benches, and swings in the estate of the ancestors of composer Sergey Taneyev, as well as icon cases in several churches in the Vladimir and Ivanovo regions.
