This spring is respected and well-known, attracting not only local residents but also tourists, local historians, and believers. A beautiful hexagonal chapel with a dome and cross has been erected above the upper griffon, right in the river floodplain among willows, alders, and elderberry thickets. The chapel has stood here since the late 19th century. It is made of wood and adorned with paintings by a local artist, with images of saints visible both outside and inside. The territory of the holy spring is fenced.

The holy spring is recognized as a natural monument, as the spring has a high flow rate and is the source of the Tomylovka River. It is an ascending spring with several powerful griffons, two of which constantly spout water. Through the crystal-clear water, bubbling quartz sand can be seen against the dark bottom. Geomorphologically, the spring is located at the base of the high left slope of the Tomylovka River valley and emerges at an elevation of 163-164 meters.

The spring is equipped with a retaining wall made of local sandstone on cement. The wall has a complex 'herringbone' contour, encompassing all active griffons; in some places, it has settled, cracked, or collapsed. Therefore, it has been reinforced with a second wall made of wooden beams, which is also already decayed and needs replacement. In the spring area, aquatic vegetation is actively developing, however, blue-green algae are absent.
