The brick chapel of significant size was likely built in the late 19th century. This cubic building with a low tent roof originally belonged to the church in Starye Zaozerye. In the early 20th century, the chapel was closed along with the church. During the Soviet period, it became abandoned and was almost destroyed, with only the walls remaining. Currently, the chapel has been restored.
