On May 18, 2012, residents and guests of the Voskresensky district witnessed a joyful event. On this day, by the blessing of Bishop Augustine Anisimov of Gorodets and Vetluga, a spring was consecrated near the village of Streliha in honor of the Most Holy Theotokos and her icon 'The Inexhaustible Cup.' The consecration was conducted by the rector of the Church of the Icon of the Mother of God 'Znamenie' from the village of Astashikha. The holy spring was beautifully arranged: a chapel and a wooden enclosed bathing area with a baptismal font were built. The holy spring is located by the bridge over the Sentyaga River, 30 km from the Holy Lake Svetloyar.
