The initial buildings on the site designated for the Temple complex were the chapel and the bell tower. The chapel, erected in 2000, was consecrated by Metropolitan Juvenaly of Kursk and Rylsk.

Today, the problem of alcoholism is particularly widespread, and many seek comfort and help from the Queen of Heaven before her miraculous icon 'The Inexhaustible Cup'. On Sundays, after the evening service, an akathist to the Mother of God in honor of this icon is read in the chapel.
