On the day of the Placement of the Honorable Robe of the Most Holy Theotokos, an important event took place in the village: a chapel was consecrated on the grounds of the Parfenyevo cemetery in honor of the great holiday. The construction of the chapel, dedicated to St. George the Victorious, began a month and a half ago and was fully completed on July 15, 2016. Bishop Ferapont, the head of the Kostroma Diocese, consecrated the new chapel and congratulated everyone present on this significant event.
