The construction of the chapel of Apostle Thomas began in 2014 thanks to donations from local residents as part of the "Cossack Frontiers of Russia" project. The chapel is cross-shaped and covers an area of 48 square meters, with walls made of two bricks thick. Above the brickwork is a monolithic reinforced concrete belt that unites the entire structure. The dome weighs 500 kg and has a diameter of 1.3 meters. The chapel is affiliated with the Ascension of the Lord Church in the city of Kharabali.
