On August 29, 2009, in Kostroma, on the day of the celebration of the Fyodorov Icon of the Mother of God, the cornerstone of the chapel dedicated to the Holy Royal Martyrs and their faithful servants was consecrated. A capsule with soil from Ganina Yama near Yekaterinburg, where the Royal Martyrs were killed, was placed in the stone. The chapel was named "Tsarskaya Golgofa". Currently, a solid foundation has been built and walls are being erected. On May 2, 2012, the dome and cross were successfully installed on the chapel.
