The monastery housed a remarkable structure, a small chapel located on the southern side of the Nativity of the Mother of God Church. It was built on the site where the body of the holy prince Andrew lay for three days, discarded by his murderers. Inside the chapel, there was an image on the wall of the lying prince Andrew, next to whom Cosmas of Kyiv asks the murderer Anbal for a carpet to cover the remains of his lord.
To this day, only the foundation and part of the wall of the chapel have survived. In 2008, the chapel was restored.
