On the edge of the village stands an abandoned chapel, surrounded by two lilac bushes. Next to it is a symbolic granite boulder. The holy images have apparently long disappeared, leaving only traces of wooden rail fastenings. At the time of the shoot, many houses in the village were empty, and only the wind stirred the gauzy curtains in the broken windows with rattling shutters. In other houses, where there were signs of life, no one appeared, and no one could name either the chapel's name or the year it was built.
