Chashi. Church of the Holy Trinity.

Фото 1
The church in the village was built of stone by the parishioners in 1868. It has three altars: in honor of the Holy Trinity, the Protection of the Holy Virgin, and Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker. The parish includes two subsidiary churches and two chapels, located in the village of Bol'she-Itkul'skaya in honor of Saint Nicholas and in the village of Asyamolova in honor of the Apostle John the Theologian.

At the time of the 1917 census, the settlement was part of the Kurgan district of the Tobolsk province. Currently, the one-story brick building of the Church of the Holy Trinity, designed in the classical style and featuring a multi-level roof, lacks a bell tower and a drum with a rotunda. In the 1930s, after the church was closed, its upper parts were destroyed, and in the last years of Soviet power, the building was abandoned. In 2003, the church was returned to the believers. Today, the Church of the Holy Trinity in the village of Chashi, Kurgan region, is undergoing repairs. The feast days are celebrated annually in the spring-summer period, when a large number of parishioners gather for services.
