The monument "Partisan Mass Grave" is located in the City Park of Culture and Recreation in Berdsk. The full name of the site is "Partisan Mass Grave of those who died in the struggle for Soviet power."

This monument consists of a small platform with a pedestal and an obelisk, surrounded by a fence made of metal posts and chains, as well as flower beds. Two staircases lead to the platform from the front, and one from the back. Metal stars and ribbon wreaths are attached to the obelisk on all four sides. A plaque with the names of 34 partisan underground fighters buried in the grave is installed on the front side of the monument.

The Partisan Mass Grave is the only monument that has survived from the times of Old Berdsk. The grave was created in 1919, and initially, there was a wooden obelisk standing on it. In 1957, a decision was made to relocate the burial to the center of the new city, in the City Garden, where the current monument was erected.
