Born on September 23, 1895, according to other sources on November 1 or 14, into an aristocratic family and held the title of prince. In 1914, he graduated from the Imperial Page Corps and entered military service. After the revolution, he emigrated, first to Finland, then to England and France, and later settled in New York, USA. He was married to Florence Beloselskaya-Belozerskaya, baptized as Svetlana, who passed away in 1969. He worked for the Transoceanic Swedish-American Company. In 1945, he founded the Russian-American Union for the Protection and Assistance of Russians Outside the USSR under the patronage of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia (ROCOR). The Union was engaged in sending guarantees for Russian emigrants and helping them settle in the USA, Australia, and Canada, as well as opening homes for the elderly. He supported the youth Patriotic Organization of Russian Scouts, established in 1954 in Lakewood, near New York. He was a church benefactor, acquiring land and providing financial assistance for the creation of the men's monastery New Korennaya Desert in Mahopac, as well as for the memorial church in Jackson and other monasteries and churches of the Russian diaspora, including those outside the USA. He founded and headed the Russian Anti-Communist Center, which was later renamed the All-Russian Committee for Liberation and Representation of Russian Emigrants in America. In 1955, he was mentioned as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Eastern American and Jersey City Diocese of ROCOR, and in 1964 as a member of the council of the Eastern American and New York Diocese of ROCOR. He died on October 23, 1978, in the USA.
