Boris Vasilyevich Zvorikin, born on October 1, 1872, was a Russian illustrator and one of the leading masters of the "Neo-Russian style" in book graphics. He actively used elements of ancient Russian miniatures, ornamentation, and icon painting.

In the 1890s, Zvorikin worked at the publishing house of I.D. Sytin, where he created illustrations for children's books and fairy tales. After the 1917 revolution, he emigrated to France, where he continued to design books, engage in icon painting, and write miniatures.

Among his most famous works are illustrations for "Pushkin's Fairy Tales," "Andersen's Fairy Tales," as well as the design of magazines and festive publications.
